We developed our small jobs division to serve those clients that need small projects completed that typical handyman cannot do due to licensing and/or expertise requirements. This division works solely on a time and material basis. We will come out and give you an estimated amount of time that we feel the project may take. Due to the limited timed nature of small jobs we must charge a $35 fee for this estimate that usually takes less than an hour.

Our hourly rates for service are as follows:

First Hour/Service Call $95.00

Additional hours rounded to the next 1/4 hour $85.00

We do offer management companies discounted rates for volumes of work.
