We set out from the beginning aiming to design and construct the best pool enclosure possible. We have constructed well over 200 pool cages over the last two years and have many very satisfied customers. We would like to make you one too.
First thing after we contract with you, we will send out our surveying team to measure for your new cage. Using a $36k Trimble total station we collect the necessary data to design the right enclosure for you.
Next our design team takes the data that is collected and creates a 3D drawing of your enclosure using AutoCAD. This information is sent to you for approval. We then create engineered permit drawings and submit those to your building department for approval. Approval time varies depending on where you live. Sanibel is approving permits in approximately one week. While due to the high volume Collier may take up to six weeks to receive approval. We may ask you for a current survey to submit if it is required. All projects must be permitted.
The permit drawings are then converted to shop drawings. These drawings enter our shop and materials are cut to manufacture your enclosure. We use a computerized cutting station accurate to 1/100th of an inch to cut the aluminum. The parts are then assembled into wall and roof sections and shipped to your jobsite/home.
An installation crew will then arrive to erect your enclosure. Once the enclosure is erected we will call for inspection by your building department.
The next step is for you to enjoy the outdoors once again without being eaten alive.
